q: What comes in my slime package?

A:All packages come with:
• The slime(s) you purchased
• Slime care card and borax in case your slime comes sticky
• Candy/extras

q: How do I fix sticky slime?

A: All orders come with borax and a care card that explains how to use it. Follow the instructions and add small amounts at a time and knead it in.

q: How long does slime last?

A: Slime can last up to a year or even longer when properly taken care of. Always keep the slime in an airtight container and avoid playing with it for longer than 10 minutes at a time. Washing your hands before and after play also helps preserve the quality!

q: Is slime edible?

A: Slime is not edible. Do not consume it. It is made with a diluted borax mixture.

q: What if I ruined my slime?

A: We are not responsible for any products that are ruined as a result of adding too much borax or adding any substance that is not noted on the slime care card. If the directions are followed on the slime care card, the slime can last a long time!

Shipping and Handling

q: How long does shipping take?

A: USA- Orders take 1-3 business days to ship out and approximately 1-6 business days to be delivered.

International- Orders take 1-3 business days to ship out and delivery time varies per country. You can expect your package to arrive in approximately 1-6 weeks. Additional customs and fees may be charged and these fees are not included in the shipping cost. You may or may not have to pay your postal office once the package arrives in your country.

q: What if my package was lost in the mail?

A: Once a package is shipped out, the responsibility it under USPS. If your address is correct and it was marked “delivered”, please contact your local USPS or postal office with the tracking number and they may be able to assist you. You can file a missing mail claim on the USPS website and they can help relocate the package. USPS Customer Service: +1 (800) 275-8777

q: What if I wrote the wrong address when checking out?

A: Contact us with your correct address along with order number and name. If the package has not shipped out, we can change the address for you. If it has already shipped out, you will need to contact USPS for help. We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses.

q: What if the my slime arrives destroyed/leaking?

A: We make sure to protect all our slime in bubble wrap layers but USPS is sometimes aggressive in handling packages. If your slime is not salvageable, please contact us with your order number + photos of the damage and we will see how we can help!

Returns / Cancellations:

q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, but only if we have not shipped the order out yet. Please contact ASAP. If we have shipped your order out already, we cannot cancel the order.

q: Can I return my slime or exchange it?

A: We do not accept returns due to the nature of slime. All sales are final once shipped out.
